Stephanie Clarke and Willow Jarosh are registered dietitians and the duo behind C&J Nutrition, an NYC and Washington DC based nutrition consulting, communications, and workplace wellness company. The two met in graduate school at Tufts University in Boston, MA and have been on a mission to share accurate and up-to-date nutrition information in the most understandable and delicious ways ever since.
Stephanie and Willow are expert media spokespeople featured in numerous health and lifestyle magazines, TV and web shows, and professional journals and have been contributing nutrition experts at SELF magazine since 2010. They have developed healthy recipes for numerous best selling diet books, including SELF magazine’s Drop 10 Diet Cookbook and The Sugar Smart Diet by Anne Alexander of Prevention magazine. In addition to being the bloggers behind Bumble Bee Foods’ Bee Nutritious blog, Stephanie and Willow also blog about nutrition and healthy eating for the Huffington Post and Thrive Marketplace. The duo’s own cookbook, Healthy, Happy Pregnancy Cookbook, was released in September 2016.
C&J Nutrition’s team provides nutrition consulting to a variety of food companies and health organizations, specializing in developing healthy recipes, meal and menu planning, and nutrition programming. They also bring their expertise to workplaces around the country with their national workplace wellness events.
For healthy eating inspiration, C&J posts regularly on Instagram, providing a glimpse into what they eat each day and offers daily healthy eating tips via Facebook. Stephanie and Willow both love to cook, travel, and get outdoors. When they’re not planning their next business adventure, you’ll probably find Stephanie showing her new daughter the DC sights (especially the farmers markets!) and Willow will likely be meandering around the Central Park reservoir or searching Manhattan for the least crowded tennis courts.
