Rachel Stahl is a Registered Dietitian (RD) based in New York City. She works as a Clinical Dietitian at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medicine where she specializes in diabetes, weight management, and digestive diseases. She completed her training to become an RD at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition at New York University. She holds a B.A. in Economics, with a concentration in Health Economics, from Colgate University, and graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
At C&J Nutrition, Rachel assists in the planning, development, and implementation of workplace wellness programs. She is responsible for identifying workplace wellness and nutrition industry trends, and assists with client relations and brand development for C&J Nutrition.
Rachel’s philosophy around food is simple: Eat real food. In her spare time, Rachel can be found visiting farmers markets, running in Central Park, or trying a new healthy recipe in her kitchen!
