Run, Erik, Run

On the heels of his recent 1/2 marathon, Erik DaRosa completed a 15K in Central Park.  C&J's Stephanie and Willow, along with Charlotte Warren and Erik's wife Amy, cheered Erik on.  They were all quite impressed with Erik's run, but he seemed unphased -- I guess it's just another training day as he works to shave minutes off his upcoming 1/2 marathon!

Erik has worked really hard to improve his eating habits.  He plans snacks to keep his energy levels stable and chooses the most nutrient-packed foods.  The results?  Erik's running at a lighter weight, feels great, has energy to spare, and just keeps getting faster!  And the best part is, he says it doesn't even feel like work anymore -- eating healthfully is permanently a part of his life! 

Charlotte, Willow, and Stephanie congratulate Erik at the finish line of the NYRR's Hot Chocolate 15K.  Erik stayed warm by running -- the rest of us drank hot chocolate!
