C&J Nutrition offers support to new moms and moms-to-be in order to keep them nourished throughout pregnancy, breastfeeding, and postnatal weight loss, and also provide guidance for infant and toddler feeding.
In addition, WellRoundedNYC, a program created by C&J Nutrition and Midtown Physical Therapy, combines nutrition, exercise, and body mechanics techniques, in order to give women the tools they need to feel confident that they are taking care of themselves and their babies during pregnancy and beyond. Our program consists of two, two-hour classes, one prenatal and one postnatal.
