- 1 cup Dannon Oikos plain Greek nonfat yogurt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Maple syrup
- Pinch Ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 medium Apple chopped, divided
- 2 tablespoons chopped unsalted toasted pecans
- Stir the maple syrup and cinnamon into the yogurt.
- Add the oats and half the chopped apple and stir until combined.
- Top with remaining half of the chopped apple, the toasted pecans, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
