The secret ingredient in here is steamed cooled cauliflower. Before you judge, just know that you can’t taste it AT ALL, yet it lends a creaminess and a full serving of veggies to start your morning.
The unsweetened cocoa powder and cacao nibs add rich chocolate flavor and antioxidant compounds called flavanols, while frozen bananas sweeten and thicken it up, while also adding a healthy dose of potassium, making it perfect for a post-workout recovery breakfast.
