Dark Chocolate Tahini Freezer Fudge

This super simple Dark Chocolate Tahini Freezer Fudge recipe doesn’t involve any cooking! Just mix the ingredients, freeze, and eat. The tahini (butter made from ground sesame seeds) comes through loud and clear, pairing deliciously with the cocoa and coconut.

We love these little squares after dinner… preferably with Netflix and a cup of tea!

Not a tahini fan? You can substitute any nut or seed butter. Peanut butter is especially delicious, too!

Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, stir together the tahini and coconut oil until smooth.
  2. Add cacao powder and stir until smooth.
  3. Add maple syrup and stir until smooth.
  4. Gently stir in toasted coconut and cacao nibs.
  5. Line a small baking dish (about 6"x6") with parchment paper. Spread the mixture onto the parchment paper until it's about 1/2 inch thick. Depending on the size of your dish, the mixture might not reach the edges, and that's ok. Or, if you have a smaller dish, you can always make thicker pieces of fudge.
  6. Sprinkle the top with sea salt flakes.
  7. Cover and freeze until completely firm. We usually let it freeze overnight.
  8. Slice and enjoy frozen. Store uneaten fudge in the freezer.
