Cucumber-Rose Lemonade

This refreshing Cucumber-Rose Lemonade mocktail is very light with just a hint of rose—the perfect pick me up for mammas-to-be who are feeling not so rosey, or anyone looking for a refreshing alcohol free bevvy this summer. Hydration is so important for keeping your energy up, and this combination lends vitamin C along with a boost of water. Vitamin C is an important building block for collagen, which is essential for healthy skin and bones.  It’s also important for mom’s immune system and can even help with iron absorption.

This recipe is featured in our Mamma Mocktails e-cookbook that we co-wrote with fellow mamma Elettra Wiedemann of Impatient Foodie. You can find the Mamma Mockails e-book here.
