Cucumber-Rose Lemonade
This refreshing mocktail is very light with just a hint of rose—the perfect pick me up for mammas-to-be who are feeling not so rosey. Hydration is so important if you’ve been feeling bleh, and this combination lends vitamin C along with a boost of water. Vitamin C is an important building block for collagen, which is used to develop healthy bones and skin.  It’s also important for mom’s immune system and can even help with iron absorption.

  1. Add 6 ounces of water to an ice-filled drinking glass.
  2. Muddle the strawberries, agave nectar, lemon juice, rose water, and cucumbers until mashed in a cocktail shaker. Pour in the ice water and shake vigorously. Strain the lemonade through a fine mesh strainer into a new ice-filled drinking glass and serve.
