Moroccan Spiced Grilled Lamb
In this flavorful Moroccan-inspired dish, lamb chops are dressed up with a simple mix of aromatic spices and then grilled to perfection. Since lamb has a great depth of flavor, a little bit goes a long way and can really elevate a plant-forward meal. Serve the chops alongside roasted or grilled veggies, whole grains, or baked/roasted potatoes for an easy and tasty dinner.

  1. Mix cinnamon, cumin, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl.
  2. Pat lamb dry with paper towel to remove excess moisture. This will help a golden crust develop during cooking.
  3. Rub both sides of lamb chop with spice mixture.
  4. Pre-heat grill pan over medium to high heat.
  5. Lightly brush olive oil onto grill.
  6. Grill lamb chops about 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked to 145 degrees Fahrenheit for medium-rare.
  7. Remove chops from grill and allow to sit for a few minutes before serving.
