Looking for a healthy dessert that’s insanely easy to make, satisfies your sweet tooth, and keeps in the freezer?
This no-bake Dark Chocolate Freezer Fudge is your new go-to! Made with anti-inflammatory ingredients and naturally sweetened, it’s the perfect no-bake treat to stash when a chocolate craving hits. It’s gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan so can easily accomodate many dietary needs.
Don’t love tahini? Feel free to sub in almond butter, sunflower seed butter, or classic peanut butter—but if you’re feeling adventurous, try the tahini! It adds a rich, slightly savory twist that pairs perfectly with dark chocolate.
We love these fudgy bites as a freezer snack, post-dinner treat, or whenever those chocolate cravings hit. Bonus points if you enjoy them with a hot cup of tea and your favorite show.

Not a tahini fan? You can substitute any nut or seed butter. Peanut butter is especially delicious, too!

Instructions
In a medium bowl, stir together the tahini and coconut oil until smooth.
Add cacao powder and stir until smooth.
Add maple syrup and stir until smooth.
Gently stir in toasted coconut and cacao nibs.
Line a small baking dish (about 6"x6") with parchment paper. Spread the mixture onto the parchment paper until it's about 1/2 inch thick. Depending on the size of your dish, the mixture might not reach the edges, and that's ok. Or, if you have a smaller dish, you can always make thicker pieces of fudge.
Sprinkle the top with sea salt flakes.
Cover and freeze until completely firm. We usually let it freeze overnight.
Slice and enjoy frozen. Store uneaten fudge in the freezer.
