Ingredients
- 1 cup Dannon Oikos plain Greek nonfat yogurt
- 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice adjust depending on taste preference
- 2 whole Medjool dates pitted, soaked in water until soft (10-15 minutes), chopped
- 1 tablespoon milk or unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon Almond butter
- Pinch Ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon Raisins finely chopped
Servings: bowl
Instructions
- Add yogurt, drained dates, and pumpkin pie spice to a blender or food processor and puree until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed, 1-2 minutes depending on your blender.
- Stir together almond butter and ginger until smooth.
- Pour yogurt mixture into a bowl. Drizzle almond butter over the top and sprinkle with raisins.
