Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Add milk and dates to the blender and blend on high until pureed, about a minute.
  2. Add the pumpkin pie spice and ice and blend on the "ice crush" setting until the mixture is smooth and icy.
Recipe Notes

**For a breakfast smoothie, increase milk to 1 cup and add 1/2 a banana, 1 tbsp almond butter, and a scoop of protein powder (or 1/3 cup silken tofu).
