Rachel Stahl is a Registered Dietitian (RD) based in New York City. She is a Senior Dietitian at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medicine where she specializes in diabetes, weight management, and cardiovascular health and is actively involved in both patient and interdisciplinary education. Rachel earned her BA from Colgate University graduating Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa, completed her Dietetic Internship at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, and received her Master’s of Science Degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University.
At C&J Nutrition, Rachel assists in the planning, development, and implementation of workplace wellness programs. She is responsible for identifying workplace wellness and nutrition industry trends, and assists with client relations and brand development for C&J Nutrition.
Rachel’s philosophy around food is simple: Eat real food. In her spare time, Rachel can be found visiting farmers markets, biking in Central Park, or trying a new recipe in her kitchen!
