Ingredients
- 3-1/2 cups Unsweetened soy milk or 1% milk
- 3 Bananas very ripe, mashed
- 1/2 cup Chia seeds
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon ground
- 4 tablespoons Walnuts chopped, divided

Instructions
- Whisk all ingredients, except walnuts, together. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
- Stir pudding, divide into 4 bowls, and top each serving with 1 tablespoon of walnuts.
