Ingredients
- 2/3 cup Uncooked multi-grain cereal like Hodgson Mill or Bob's Red Mill brands
- 1 1/2 cup Water
- 1/8 cup Dried cranberries
- 1 cup Sliced apples
- 1 medium Banana sliced
- 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds or pepitas or both
- Cinnamon to taste
- 1 tablespoon Brown sugar

Instructions
- In a medium sized saucepan over medium-high heat, bring cereal and water to a boil.
- Add seeds and cranberries and simmer until tender, about 5-10 minutes.
- Divide into 2 bowls and top with cinnamon to taste, banana, apples, and brown sugar.
