  1. In a medium sized saucepan over medium-high heat, bring cereal and water to a boil.
  2. Add seeds and cranberries and simmer until tender, about 5-10 minutes.
  3. Divide into 2 bowls and top with cinnamon to taste, banana, apples, and brown sugar.
