  1. Preheat broiler to high. Whisk the mustard, maple syrup, lemon juice, and rosemary together in a small bowl.
  2. Place salmon, skin side down (if skin is left on) on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper.
  3. Sprinkle the top of fish with salt and pepper. Brush the mustard mixture over the top and sides of the fillet.
  4. Broil on high until salmon is just cooked through, about 8 minutes.
  5. Garnish with parsley.
